The living room features a sofa and loveseat arranged around a beautiful fireplace. Vaulted ceilings add depth, hardwood floors add class, and an area rug adds a bit of warmth. There is plenty of sitting room for everyone in this bright and inviting room that also features a TV and DVD player.

Just off the living room, the Carolina room is a perfect place to curl up with a good book or catch a cap nap in the sun. Two couches look out a wall of windows and sliding glass doors to the pool and the lagoon beyond. At night, one of the couches pulls out into a queen-size bed, perfect for extra guests.

The Deck has two distinct areas: a sitting area right off of the master bedroom and a second area off of the dining room with a dining table under a pergola and a separate sitting area. All offer spectacular views of the golf course, pool, dock, and lagoon.

This master bedroom features a king-size bed and direct access to the deck, pool, and waterfront through bright sliding glass doors. Step outside and breathe in the morning, stay in bed and enjoy the view, or watch a movie on the TV, equipped with both cable and a DVD player. The master bedroom also features a private bath.
